688ZZ (4PCS) - EA026

Description

This is a miniature fidget spinner designed for 688 bearings (8mm ID × 16mm OD × 5mm width) — giving you the satisfying spin of a full-sized fidget spinner in a compact, pocket-friendly form.

The reduced size makes it ideal for smaller hands or anyone who prefers a lightweight spinner that’s easy to carry and quick to assemble. Despite its smaller profile, it delivers a balanced and smooth spin thanks to the precision fit for the bearings.

🧩 Parts Required

To complete your spinner, you’ll need the following:

  • 688ZZ bearings (4 pcs) – Maker Supply part EA026
    • (3 outer weights + 1 central bearing)
  • A few drops of super glue (e.g., Gorilla Glue) for assembly

🛠️ Assembly Guide

  1. Insert the Bearings:
Press-fit the 688ZZ bearings into the three outer holes and the center hole. Ensure they are snug and aligned.
  2. Cap Installation:
Apply a small amount of glue to the stem of one center cap (as shown in the images).
Press it into one side of the central bearing.
Attach the second cap on the opposite side — no glue is needed there for easier disassembly if desired.
  3. Final Check:
Spin to ensure all bearings rotate freely and the caps are secure.

💡 Notes

  • Designed for 3D printing without supports.
  • Works great in PLA, PETG, or ABS.
  • Compact and portable — perfect for kids or smaller hands.
  • Great for stress relief, focus, or just fun spinning challenges.
