Description
Hello everyone!
INTRODUCTION
Object created for the Lemax carousel 05616. A small flag to be placed on top of the canopy. Being homemade, it can be made with preferred colors.

OBJECT
The flag is very small, easy and quick to make. The total dimensions are: 30mm in height and 25mm in width. The pole has a 1.8mm square pin. The diameter tapers upwards with an average thickness of 2mm. The flag itself is 1mm thick.
PRINTING
Printing is simple and fast. Supports are provided to ensure precision. The supports are small (REMOVE THEM CAREFULLY, AS IT IS A VERY SMALL OBJECT, IT COULD BREAK!).
For greater precision, the layer height has been lowered to 0.12mm, 15% gyroid infill, 2 walls.
There are 2 print profiles:
- the first where the flag and the pole are separate, there is a mark for gluing the 2 parts. Thus multicolour. Total print time: 25 min
- the second where the flag is a single piece and will be single colour. Print time: 20 min.
The objects in the photo were made with Bambulab P1S using Bambu PLA Basic sunflower yellow, Bambu PLA Basic silver, Sunlu PLA+ White filament.
