Parametric Text/emojis Lithophane Plate

This parametric badge was designed to be **fully customisable directly inside MakerWorld’s MakerLab** — no external software required.

It allows you to create unique nameplates, labels, key tags, bookmarks, or decorative badges with engraved text and an optional symbol or emoji.
Every detail is parametric, so users can instantly change colour, text, font, and even mirroring behaviour.

• SCAD open-source design – easily editable in OpenSCAD or directly on MakerWorld.

How to Customise

You can modify the model directly in MakerLab (click Customise → Generate):

1. Enter your text in the “LefttoRight” and “RighttoLeft” fields.
2. Choose your font and base colours.
3. Enable or disable the optional heart (or replace it with another emoji).
4. Toggle the Reverse Text option to print mirrored lettering (which allows to get the text directed on the plate)
5. For multi-line versions, you can select between 1-line, 3-line, or 7-line templates — or edit the `.scad` file to define any number of lines you want (simply duplicate a line block inside the text section).
