Description
The dual microswitch high torque version features Kongming's specially thickened gears, replacing the original two 182A with 20122 double-layer spur gears and 242A Kongming special thickened gears (to reduce gear wear). If you purchased gears online yourself, please go to my homepage to print another standard gear version.
For the original dual microswitch version, you only need to replace the back cover, middle frame, and front cover (the original front cover can also be used; only the gear observation port has been modified for lubrication). Other accessories are compatible with the original version; those already printed do not need to be printed again.
Gear assembly direction for 2 gears
January 21, 2026: The top cover of the base has been modified; all 4 fixing screws have been changed to 1.8mm to ensure the 4 channels are not misaligned. The feed port has added pneumatic threads and has been enlarged.
