Altered the original design to make the card wells a little bit wider to accommodate taller card sleeves.&nbsp;Also set the following:<ul><li>0.4mm nozzle</li><li>0.2mm layer height</li><li>15% Adaptive Cubic infill</li><li>3 wall loops</li><li>60mm/s, 30% flow rate for ironing</li><li>60mm/s max speed for outer walls (helps prevent shrinking and noticeable differences in sheen between layers)</li><li>Adaptive layer height for the main card tray and token tray</li></ul>

In den Kommentaren kam der Wunsch auf, ein Inlay‑Druckprofil mit seitlichen Ausschnitten bereitzustellen, damit die jeweilige Klasse direkt im Einsatz sichtbar ist. Auf Basis der Modelle von David A habe ich diese Ausschnitte an den entsprechenden Positionen ergänzt. Die Kompatibilität zu gesleevten Karten bis 94 mm Breite bleibt vollständig erhalten.&nbsp;Das Druckprofil wurde mit den Standardwerten von Bambu Lab erstellt. Eine variable Schichthöhe oder das Bügeln der Oberfläche habe ich bewusst nicht aktiviert, da dies die Druckzeit nahezu verdoppelt, ohne einen nennenswerten Mehrwert für dieses Modell zu bieten.&nbsp;Es kann auch nur die erste Platte gedruckt werden, falls Ihr den Rest schon gemacht habt. &nbsp;Viel Spaß beim Drucken!

In the comments, there was a request to provide an inlay print profile with side cutouts so that the respective class is directly visible during use Based on the models by David A, I added these cutouts at the corresponding positions. Compatibility with **sleeved cards up to 94 mm width** remains fully preserved&nbsp;The print profile was created using Bambu Lab's standard settings. I deliberately did not activate variable layer height or ironing the surface, as this almost doubles the print time without offering significant added value for this model&nbsp;Only the first plate can be printed if you have already done the rest&nbsp;Happy printing
