Skyrim Septim
Print Profile(4)

Description
***Updated on January 13, 2026: Modified print profiles, added a larger brim and included additional print profiles for PLA and Silk PLA+ for both single and 10-coin prints.***
Like so many other people, I have spent countless hours playing Skyrim. Having a 3D printer makes it easy to create things you’re a fan of. There wasn’t a model of the Septim Coin, so I created one myself.
I used to go on more adventures, but I took an arrow to the knee. Now I can’t earn money anymore, which is why I have to print it myself.
I tried two types of filament: PLA and Silk PLA+. The best results came from using Silk PLA+. See the pictures.
Filaments used:
- Bambu Lab PLA Sunflower Yellow
- Generic Silk PLA+ (Gold and Silver)
Printer details:
- Created on a Bambu Lab A1
- Printed with a 0.2 mm Stainless steel nozzle
- Build plate: Textured PEI Plate
- Make sure the build plate surface is clean before printing to ensure the best adhesion
- Make sure the brim is used
