Heat Set Insert and Tool Kit Box
Print Profile(1)

Description
I have heat set inserts and corresponding heat set iron tips at home, but they are usually stored separately, and it's troublesome to find them when needed. So I combined them into one, creating a parts box for heat set inserts and their corresponding heat set iron tips. The parts box has 20 compartments of different sizes, which should be enough for sorting. There are also spots for the heat set tips and corresponding soldering iron cores. It can be printed with PLA or PETG, and default parameters are fine. I wanted it to be a bit sturdier, so I used three walls. For all the pivots and latches, I used 2mm diameter toothpicks as a substitute, which are convenient and easy to find. Of course, you can also use filament, just reduce the XY hole/inner contour compensation by 0.2mm in the print settings. If you like it, please give it a boost!
