Description
I customized an Xbox Controller Case
The reason for this is that with GameAnywhere from Microsoft, playing, for example, via FireTV Stick actually works flawlessly
Nevertheless, a controller must be transported safely from A to B without the controller having stick drift in the end
Additionally, 4x AA battery slots and a USB slot have been added to carry an original Xbox receiver or possibly a Bluetooth adapter
For playing via FireTV, the official Xbox app should not be used, as the performance here would not be ideal
For FireTV, I would always use Better X Cloud
Should you play on a random PC or laptop, I can only recommend using the addon for Chromium browsers from Better X Cloud
And as a small bonus:
After 25 years, I switched to Linux as my main OS Xbox controllers also work flawlessly here If you want to control the OS, I recommend AntiMicroX which can also be downloaded via Flatpak or all common package managers
I have created a corresponding profile so that the OS can be controlled with the Xbox controller In my case, this is Cashy OS and Linux Mint
