Hydrapeak Food Thermos 62x 3ml vial inserts

Inserts for a 32 oz Hydrapeak food thermos, with one insert designed to securely hold twenty-seven 3mL vials and one eight 3ml vial holder. 

Stacking 2x 27 vial inserts and 1x 8 vial insert will bring the 32 oz Hydrapeak's total capacity to 62 vials.  This is a very rough design which definitely needs more refining but its functional. 

• The bottom insert is 2mm shorter than the middle insert.  the middle insert has a 2mm indentation at the bottom to fit on top of the bottom insert.  make sure the inserts are being stacked in the correct orientation, or the height may prevent you from closing your hydrapeak
• It is recommended to only put the two middle vials next to the handle in place after you've put the insert in your Hydrapeak. You will also likely need to remove the middle vials to be able to remove the insert.
• Printing with 20 to 40% infill yields a solid insert
