Description

28mm scale Ruined Cathedral (front)

Ruined medieval cathedral model, perfect for fantasy, gothic, and historical settings. Designed for 28 mm scale miniatures (and easily rescaled to 32 mm or other common gaming sizes), this intricately detailed terrain piece adds atmosphere and depth to  tabletop. Ideal for D&D, WH Old World, Mordheim, Frostgrave, or could even fit aesthetically into Grimdark future of 40k or Trench Crusade- in short: any game featuring ancient ruins and holy relics.

Crumbling arches, shattered stained glass, and weathered stonework evoke the haunting beauty of a sacred place long fallen into decay. Whether serving as the site of a forgotten ritual, a monster’s lair, or a sanctuary reclaimed by nature, this model makes an evocative centerpiece for any table.
Model features are loosely inspired by Elgin Cathedral.

Do you want to add damage to stained glass bars?
As the segment is separate part simply use cutters to customize it any way you want! :)

Perfect For

  • Wargaming battlefields – Epic sieges, relic-hunting missions, or territory objectives
  • RPG encounters – Haunted ruins, sacred grounds, or divine battlegrounds
  • Dioramas & displays – Build moody, atmospheric medieval or fantasy scenes
  • Aquariums & terrariums – Add a dramatic, ancient ruin aesthetic to natural habitats
  • Scale train models – Bring gothic flair to HO, OO, or other layouts

Optimisation

Whole building in print profile fits A1 mini with no issue which I make sure of as I'm an owner of one (the model on images was print in one go on A1 mini). I also make sure to use minimum supports to not waste time or filament without any harm to quality.

Before you print

  • Make sure you have a diecent SD card on your printer- as the model is complex I personaly advise to use an SD card with a Class 10 or U1 (minimum write speed of 10M/S) grade or higher as my first print attempt failed half way through due to uploading error.
  • Make sure your bed adhesion is diecent (you might need some build plate adhesive)- I didn't have any print issues with test print but small area between doors might seem a bit challenging.

I hope you'll like it- if so back part is in developement :)
