Description
A 3D model of a backdraft valve designed for Ø100 mm ventilation pipes.
Prevents reverse airflow, cold air, and odors from coming back through the ventilation system.

Features:
- Fits standard Ø100 mm ventilation ducts.
- Requires minimum supports — only 2 small ones.
- For different pipe diameters, simply rescale the model before printing.
- Optimized for FDM printing.
Printing Recommendations:
- Material: PLA / PETG (PETG recommended for humid environments).
- Infill: 20%, layer height 0.2 mm.
- Only 2 small supports needed near the hinge axis.
Installation:
- Press-fit into the pipe for a snug connection.
- If needed, you can secure it with a small self-drilling screw for extra stability.
- Apply a thin layer of sealant if airtightness is required.
