PCB and parts kit for this project is available here.

This project was born out of curiosity and the desire to build something truly personal.

I wanted a remote that not only worked with Home Assistant but also felt like a real, well-made product - solid in the hand, visually clear, and reliable. The Stock Pot’s original concept was a great starting point, but I couldn’t resist taking it further by adding a display, refining the design, and making it modular enough for others to experiment with.

I’m sharing the 3D models for the enclosure so you can print and build your own version. The case is fully snap-fit, no screws required, with reinforced clips and a separate battery compartment divider for extra safety.

If you print and build your own, I’d love to see your results - share them with me or tag me online. Let’s keep pushing the boundaries of what simple ESPHome projects can become.
