Summary

This is a rugged TCG storage box that can easily hold hundreds of cards, with a several different storage options for dice, AirTags, dessicant, and other accessories. This is a remix of Snoogins0880's original deck box that I've enlarged to an XL size, yet still fits on a Bambu A1 Mini print bed. A lot of other TCG storage boxes will only fit on bigger print beds, so I wanted something that maximized both the storage and accessibility to those with smaller printers.

Benefits

This TCG storage box has a lot of benefits:

• Two rows of storage that will fit cards that are either: unsleeved, single-sleeved, double-sleeved, triple-sleeved, AND in toploaders!
• Multiple print options:
  • Plain box (no dividers)
  • Single row of dividers at one end for dessicant packets (reduces curling of foil cards), Apple AirTags or equivalent
  • Double row of dividers at both ends
• Optional printable divider wall to provide a way to separate cards from accessories like dice, counters, etc. It can be moved inside the rows to fit whatever you're trying to store.
• Durable lid and latch mechanisms like the original deck box.
• With the divider at the front of the box, the closing of the lid will NOT crush or damage your cards! See the animated picture for a demonstration.
• Optional printable handle for easy transport to and from your shelf, backpack, etc.
• Optional printable TPU seal for additional liquid resistance.

Preparation & Printing

• Tested with Elegoo PLA and Sunlu PLA.
• Choose ONE of the bottom boxes: no dividers, 1x dessicant wall (single end), or 2x dessicant walls (both ends).
  • You can then print the lid, latches, and optional pieces (handle, TPU gasket seal) if desired.
• Printed successfully with a 0.4mm nozzle with the 0.20mm Standard setting.
• The lid gasket is included if you have TPU available, but is otherwise not needed.
• All the pieces are on separate plates for easy selection of printing.
• No supports are needed.

Assembly

• (without handle) You will need at least six (6) M3x30mm screws. Insert them from the outside of the box towards the center, so that the heads are facing outwards.
• (with handle) You will need four (4) M3x30mm screws and two (2) M3x35mm screws. Insert as instructed previously, with the M3x35mm screws going into the outside of the handles instead of just the latch area.
• You can get the screws cheap from your local hardware store or Amazon (affiliate).

Decorate

Go wild and print in different colours! Another option is to print some nice Hueforge art and glue it on top of the lid. Be creative, use your imagination and have fun!
