Product Description – Xmax Sphere™
The Xmax Sphere™ is a modern, 3D-printed gift and decorative sphere with an integrated opening for filling, e.g., with confections, small gifts, or LED lights. It combines functionality with a festive design and is ideal as a table, tree, or gift decoration
Material Recommendation:
PLA is recommended for printing. This material offers a clean surface quality, is easy to process, and is more environmentally friendly than many alternatives
Processing Note:
Slightly angled or uneven edges may occur at the opening due to the print direction. These can be smoothed after printing carefully with a deburring tool or fine sandpaper
For multi-color prints (e.g., red body with green lid), visible layer lines or minimal offsets may occur at the color transitions. These are production-related and typical for additive manufacturing – however, they do not affect functionality or stability

- Wall Thickness: 1.2–1.6 mm
- Nozzle Diameter: 0.4 mm
- Layer Height: 0.1–0.2 mm
- Recommended Filling: Chocolates, sweets, small gifts
- Cleaning: Wipe dry only, not dishwasher safe

We have now uploaded different spheres. I find the 5h version qualitatively better, and the result with the 1.6mm wall thickness is significantly more stable. I could not meet the request for 99 grams due to quality considerations
