Description

Some of you liked my previous dust cover for the P1S rear panel  so I decide to share this new version made for the P2S.

Most of the advantages of the previous design are still there :

  • make a cover as low as possible
  • small ridge added to help them pop into place and insure they will stay put
  • keep the design key characteristics of Bambu Lab products : squared with rounded corners, because I like that!
  • added round holes for venting, still similar at the venting for the electronics to keep the OEM look as much as possible

There is no need to remove the cover if you need to adjust the belt tensions : there are 2 slightly larger holes just in front of the screws!

But in case a removal is still needed for maintenance, there is a small notch to help you pop them out.

I have used the multicolor function of my AMS to add a nice black layer at the bottom of the holes (but the holes are blind). This is not mandatory at all, you can print it even without AMS.

I printed them in PETG, but there is no reason that other materials will not work. I share a profile for PLA just in case you need it
