Update 30.12.2025:
I have now added two print profiles in which the holders can be printed in one piece
I have created a modular mount for the Toniebox 2
The model consists of a base plate which is mounted with three countersunk screws 3x16mm to the following brackets
- Mount for direct wall mounting
Holder for board e.g. cot:
- 15mm
- 20mm
- 25mm
- 30mm
For the board holders, a tolerance of 1mm was always created to ensure easy sliding over
On the back of the base plate, I have created a small recess that can be used to route a charging cable
I used PLA with a relatively high infill and walls, but a more stable material can of course also be used
