Please read the instructions below before printing

Notes:

1. It is recommended to use PETG for printing

2. The measurable depth is 6cm, total length is 16cm, and probe thickness is 1.6mm. However, due to printing errors and gaps between probes, approximately 92 probes are actually needed for printing

3. If you need higher measurement accuracy, you can reduce the thickness of the probes. (Note: only modify the Z-axis dimension, do not scale proportionally)

4. When newly assembled, there is significant friction between the probes, but it will become smoother with more use

5. If printing with A1 mini, the longer parts need to be rotated 45 degrees for printing

Installation Steps:

1. Find the two parts below and assemble them. And move the small part to the far left of the horizontal plate

2. Put on the remaining probes. (I used 92 probes here), note the probe orientation as shown in the figure

3. Cover with the ruler face that has scales printed on it

4. Connect the two limiters with a crossbar

5. Install the limiter onto the ruler with the orientation as shown in the figure (wide on the left, narrow on the right)

6. Since there might be burrs during printing, it is recommended to test fit the screws on the base plate before assembly

7. Insert the screws

8. Tighten the screws onto the base plate, and you're done
