Description
The X1/P1Diaper is a practical, reusable pad designed for Bambu Lab printers. It effectively protects your device from filament residue, dust, and dirt while keeping your workspace clean.
The full-surface design covers the entire base area of the printer, preventing debris from building up inside.
Made from flexible TPU, the pad can be easily removed, washed, and reused — a sustainable alternative to disposable solutions.
This helps keep your print area tidy, reduces maintenance, and extends your printer’s lifespan.
You can print it in:
- 4 pieces on a standard 3D printer (X1/P1 size)
- 2 pieces (H2D)
- 1 piece on larger printers
If you have the 4 or 2-piece version, you’ll need to join the sections.
There are two recommended methods:
- Super glue: Lightly sand the surfaces before applying glue for better adhesion.
Soldering iron (recommended): Place the pieces on a flat surface and slowly run a soldering iron (300–350 °C) along the seam.
Take your time — slow, steady passes produce the best results (watch gif below)
