Description
I developed these universal TPU dust caps to cover the hex screw heads (e.g., T5, T6, T8, T10) on my Orbea Oiz MTB, keeping dirt and mud away from the screws
Once these caps are in place, you can easily remove them anytime to access the screws without first having to clear away stuck dirt or grime. This protects not only the screws themselves but also the underlying bearings and threads, making maintenance easier
In addition to their functional benefits, they also give your bike a clean, aerodynamic look—no more air turbulence or messy screw holes
Printed from flexible TPU, the caps are durable and easy to install—simply press them on
Although I designed them for my Orbea Oiz, many parts also fit standard screws and components from brands like Shimano, Manitou, or Fox, making them compatible with various bikes

Printing Tips:
- Print piece by piece and slowly to avoid stringing
- Do not print too hot—at 205 °C, I achieved the best results without bubbles
- Clean the print bed with alcohol for better TPU adhesion

- Printer: Ender 3 Pro
- Rafts: No
- Supports: No, just a brim for better adhesion
- Resolution: 0.16 High Quality
- Infill: 15 %
- Filament Brand: Overture
- Filament Color: Black
- Filament Material: TPU 95A
- Temperature: Not too hot to avoid bubbling. For best results, I use 205 °C
