This is a 3D printed waste recycling machine, it can melt and re-extrude daily 3D printed waste and spool it, controlling the diameter to around 1.75mm, using 0.2mm layer height, tree supports, and grid support interface patterns will suffice, If you have the means, it's best to print the funnel part with PA6-CF or high-temperature filament, because the heating wire can heat the funnel part to at least 65 degrees Celsius, which is enough to soften the front end of the funnel! It's important to note that this model is not suitable for A1 mini printing, otherwise the funnel part will fail to print! The waste needs to be shredded with a shredder, then put into a metal tray and placed on a 55-degree heated bed to dry for 6 hours before it can be extruded, if conditions allow, it's best to add plasticizer or PLA raw material, The 220V 130W heating wire, the temperature must be controlled between 180~185 degrees Celsius, and great care must be taken during the wiring process! This is very important!!! The middle heating tube must not be aluminum, otherwise the entire heating system will transfer heat to the funnel via this aluminum tube, causing the waste to melt before it even enters the tube! Do not use a thermistor or a thermostat around 100 degrees Celsius to measure temperature, otherwise the temperature cannot be measured! A thermocouple thermometer with a maximum measurement temperature of 450 degrees Celsius must be used, and for the heated extrusion part, high-temperature PTFE tape must be used, otherwise the filament will leak out along the threads, and an imperial tap must be used for the extrusion nozzle of the extrusion part! Including the aluminum profiles which are also imperial, the rotating head has a small pointed screw, which needs to be cut off with an angle grinder and ground flat! Also, be sure to clearly identify the positive and negative poles of the stepper motor driver board! This recycling machine is not difficult to build for those who understand it, and those who don't can also ask me! For those who need the parts list and debugging process, they are all in the assembly document below!
