Makpac Clip that is routed in

The board I used is 56x39 cm (19mm)

Printed with PETG

Minimal supports that need to be removed

Align the cases on the board and mark the center of the pins

Stick on the routing template with double-sided tape using the markings

For routing, I used an 8mm flush trim router bit with a top bearing

After routing, first insert the shell without the clip into the recess and pre-drill with, for example, a 2mm drill bit

Remove again and assemble the two parts (you might need to sand the round pin a little)

Assembly is a bit difficult, but it works

I used 3.5x25 screws, which are screwed in a bit diagonally with a long bit, and I also used a little assembly adhesive

The clips have a snap-in point in the housing so that they only open when intended

I only use this for transport if someone really needs it to be stable, you should mill all 4 per case and the board would also need to be a bit larger…

But I tested it a bit and it held surprisingly well

You can also find the mounting for the board on the Flex Stack Pack System on my profile

I always appreciate feedback or a boost :)
