Simply sharing a brand new design. Since I couldn't find a power bank online that I was satisfied with for the CUTEK CP mini fan, I decided to design one myself

I will upload the detailed assembly steps when I have time. If you want to make No 666 yourself, here are the materials you'll need:

  • One CUTEK CP mini fan
  • Two 21700 battery cells (recommended: Changhong Sanjie 21700-5500, around 20 RMB for two, higher capacity and cost-effective)
  • One 22.5W charge/discharge integrated digital display main board (single Type-C port, please find the same model according to the pictures I provided, otherwise assembly will be troublesome)
  • Two red and black parallel wires (one 15CM, one 20CM or longer)
  • Two colored wires (both 15CM, for USB signal, otherwise the three gears cannot be stable)
  • One USB female port (please find the same model according to the pictures I provided, otherwise assembly will be troublesome)
  • One set of battery spring contacts (please find the same model according to the pictures I provided, otherwise assembly will be troublesome)
  • Soldering iron, solder, and wire strippers
  • Hot melt glue, and super glue or 502 glue (please note both types of glue are needed)
  • AMS (only the front buttons must be printed with AMS; other parts can be achieved by pausing at layers to change filament. If you don't care about the two small blue strips on the front, you can ignore AMS)
  • Smooth printing plate (needed for printing the front screen and transparent exploration version)
