EasyGlider – customizable 3D paper plane

This futuristic 7 gram lighter 3D glider is a modern interpretation of the classic paper airplane – only this time durable, precise, and with clear technical aesthetics. The model was printed on a Bambu Lab P1S without any supports, which allows for a clean underside and fast print times. It is particularly well suited for PETG, as the material provides both the necessary flexibility at the bending points and stability in flight.

The design is such that the wings and tail units are individually adjustable via fine crease lines. This allows you to easily change the flight angle, glide distance, and general stability by gently bending them – similar to a real paper airplane, only more precise.

Caution: parts break off with a hard impact

With a light center of gravity and balanced wing geometry, the model flies smoothly and controllably when thrown correctly. Ideal for anyone who wants to experiment with aerodynamics or simply print an elegant small technical project. It also makes a good impression as desk decor or a demonstration object for design and fluid dynamics.Settings:

Infill: 10–15 % is entirely sufficient

Layer height: 0.2 mm 

Orientation: flat on the bottom for perfect adhesion and surface finish, can also be placed diagonally on the print bed for more impact resistance
