The Secret to Perfect Stamps: TPU! While the handle and storage bin print perfectly in PLA or PETG, the stamp plates must be printed in TPU. Unlike rigid PLA, flexible TPU holds and transfers ink beautifully, giving you a crisp, clear impression every time.

Use these exact settings to ensure a perfect fit:

  • Size: 39 x 39 mm
  • Corner Radius: 2 mm
  • Border Weight: None
  • Base Plate Thickness: 2 mm
  • Design Thickness (Text/SVG): 7 mm

IMPORTANT: Remember to MIRROR YOUR DESIGN in the slicer before printing, or your stamp will be backward!

Printing Instructions

Follow these instructions carefully for a successful print.

Stamp Handle & Storage Bin (PLA/PETG)

  • Note: Both parts are designed as Gridfinity 1x1, 12U blocks.
  • Filament: PLA, PETG, or any standard rigid material.
  • Layer Height: 0.2mm
  • Infill: 15-20%
  • Supports: None required.

Stamp Plates (TPU) - CRITICAL INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Filament: TPU (95A recommended). PLA will not work well for stamping.
  • Dry Your Filament: TPU is highly hygroscopic (absorbs moisture). For best results, dry your TPU filament in a filament dryer for at least 4-6 hours before printing. This is the #1 tip for avoiding stringing and getting a clean print.
  • Layer Height: 0.2mm
  • Print Speed: Slow down your print! A speed of 25-40 mm/s is recommended for most TPUs.
  • Retraction: Tune your retraction settings for your specific TPU to minimize stringing.
  • !!! FINAL CHECK !!!: MIRROR THE STAMP PLATE IN YOUR SLICER! (Scale X or Y axis by -1 or just use the mirror button in Bambu Slicer).

Assembly:

  1. Print all your desired parts.
  2. Slide your TPU stamp plate into the slot on the stamp handle.
  3. Press firmly onto an ink pad.
  4. Stamp away!
  5. Store your collection neatly in the Gridfinity sorting bin.
