Description

⚙️ MeanWell EDR-120-24 DIN Rail Power Supply Case – Ventilated Vertical Stand (1 PRINT)

A practical, well-designed 3D printed case for the MeanWell EDR-120-24 (120 W / 24 V DC / 5 A, 115–230 V AC input) industrial power supply.
This enclosure lets you mount your DIN-rail PSU vertically, giving it better airflow, stability, and a clean appearance in any electronics setup.

🔧 Features:

  • designed for MeanWell EDR-120-24 120 W 24 V DC 5 A DIN-rail power supply,
  • ventilated housing improves cooling and extends PSU lifespan,
  • requires minimal supports, prints easily on standard printers,
  • vertical stand design – perfect for desktops, cabinets, or test benches,
  • single-print design (1 PRINT) – no assembly required,
  • durable and space-efficient enclosure for DIY

🖨️ Recommended printing:

  • material: PLA / PETG, (IF YOU USE THE POWER SUPPLY AT FULL POWER FOR A LONG TIME, I RECOMMEND USING PETG BECAUSE OF THE HIGHER TEMPERATURE, HOWEVER I USE PLA AND EVERYTHING IS OK)

  • supports: required (minimal)

💡 Perfect for:

  • DIY electronics and automation projects,
  • workbench or control cabinet setups,
  • hobbyists and makers using MeanWell DIN-rail power supplies 24v dc 5a.

Mounting instructions: !!!!!!!!!
Unscrew the two screws located under the MeanWell EDR-120-24 power supply.
Align the metal housing with the 3D printed case and secure it using the original screws.
Assembly may be slightly tight — press gently and tighten carefully. (LOOK AT 2 LAST PHOTOS!!!)
