Description

Update- Added a new print profile with looser tolerances because there were reports of original being printed fused shut.

This model is used to bend the axles for pinewood derby cars. Insert an extra axle in the hole in the side of tool. This axle is what the axles are bent across. You will also need a 4mmx20mm bolt. Install bolt from the top. The bolt is used as a stop to set the bend angle. Having the head of the bolt 3/16” from top gave me a 2 degree bend angle. Insert the axle into the hole and pull up the lever until it hits the stop. You then can remove the bent axle.
