Captain Varro Stonewake – Pirate Lord

Once a privateer serving noble fleets, Varro now sails under his own banner aboard The Silver Drake. His coat bears the salt and scars of a hundred battles. He fights not for gold, but for freedom and perhaps revenge against those who once commanded him. Still, a chest or two of coin never hurts to keep the rum flowing and the crew paid. His men follow him into any storm, knowing no captain laughs louder at the edge of doom.

Rurik Ros – First Mate

Rurik Ros keeps The Silver Drake steady when the seas rage and the captain’s temper flares. A veteran sailor with weathered skin and a voice rough as the tide, he is the calm at the heart of every storm. Years at sea have etched salt and wisdom into his face, and when danger strikes, his steady hands and steady words keep the crew alive. He never raises his blade in anger, only purpose, and the sea itself seems to respect him for it.

Jory Marren – Deckhand and Trickster

A gambler, storyteller, and survivor, Jory’s luck is the stuff of legend or sheer foolishness. He spins wild tales of sea beasts and buried treasure, claiming to have cheated death more times than he can count. When the cannons roar, he is still cracking jokes, his grin as constant as the sea. Somehow, he always makes it back to tell the tale and make it sound even bigger the next time.

Ship Map Assembly Guide

A four-page PDF featuring The Silver Drake ship and crew lore is included in the download section of the ship model.

To assemble the printed map:

1. Print all four pages at 100 percent scale, no fit to page.
2. Trim the white borders along the inner edges.
3. Align the map sections using the compass and plank lines as guides.
4. Tape or glue from the back for a seamless tabletop layout.
5. For durability, consider printing on card stock or laminating the to help the map last through many voyages.
