Model overview

This Biting Buddy Pit Bull features a bold head shape and a spring-loaded, articulated jaw for satisfying snaps. It prints in two halves and assembles with CA glue; alignment pins ensure a clean, foolproof fit.

Pre-included supports under the paws are modeled in and remove with a light snap. Designed for AMS / multicolorworkflows.

Key features

  • Integrated spring mechanism for the moving jaw
  • Two-part construction with alignment pins
  • Built-in, easy-release paw supports
  • AMS / multicolor friendly
  • Tune bite strength via scale/material (avoid brittle PLA Silk for the spring section)

Print & assembly tips

  • Print both halves, flick off the tiny paw supports, then glue with CA
  • First pass in one color to evaluate jaw tension; then go fancy with colors
  • You can scale it down into a “clip”… but don’t say I didn’t warn you 😉
