This 3D printed mini three-jaw chuck is a perfect combination of mechanical principles and practical functions.
It uses minimal materials but has an exquisite design, easily produced through 3D printing. As a hands-on teaching tool, it intuitively demonstrates the 'synchronous self-centering' principle of a three-jaw chuck – when the internal structure is rotated, the three jaws contract or expand uniformly, allowing you to instantly understand the working logic of such precision clamping tools. As a practical small tool, it can fix small parts, model components, etc., in desktop scenarios, providing stable clamping for handicrafts and model assembly, making fine operations easier.
From learning mechanical principles to securing everyday small objects, this mini chuck achieves the dual value of 'teaching + practical use' with its compact size, serving as a thoughtful little helper for mechanical enthusiasts beginning their studies and for artisans to improve efficiency.
Installation Notes:
I have clearly marked the order and set a reference point; during installation, simply insert the clamping blocks in sequence.

The back needs to be secured with a circlip, please note.
