The best Bambulab Glass Top Led Raiser mod - repaired slicing problems and added parametric setting

Remix of DutchDeveloper's ‘The best Bambulab Glass Top Led Raiser mod’ which has two issues:

• The slot is too close to the inside edge, causing slicer to generate holes in the wall.
• The slot fitment at 0.20mm is way too loose for my preference

This remix fixes the slot placement, moving it center so it slices without issues. I also made the slot fitment parametric so you can adjust it to your preference for snug fit between the parts.

On a well tuned printer, 0.10 seems just right. I provided step and stl models for 0.10mm fitment but you can adjust the parameter in the fusion360 to whatever tolerance you want.

UPDATE: Added 0.15mm and 0.20mm tolerance versions, and tolerance test pieces.
