Version Two Update: There are two print profiles for the Version 2 of the puzzle. this first “Version 2 - Slip Lock - Grip Guide” has a tighter slide for the gift card coiver to prevent from falling out when turn upside-down. It also has a change to the infil to reduce the over all filament required for the print. The Maze Guide Button has a slotted grip in it and may cause poor bed adhesion with some filament. If you are having trouble with the Button Guide printing this is what the second print profile is for “Version 2 - Slip Lock - No Grip Guide”. This has the slots removed form the Maze Guide Button. It allows for more surface area to make contact with the bed while printing. 

The slider’s guide pins move through two interconnected mazes, requiring players to think in three dimensions — sometimes you’ll need to backtrack on one side just to make progress on the other. It’s a unique mechanical challenge that’s as fun to watch as it is to solve.

The design prints cleanly in PLA with no supports required, and the guide pins are printed in place as part of the maze shell. The outer box can be press-fit together for easy assembly or lightly glued for a permanent seal.
