The difference lies in the keychain hole size, and the "not raised" versions are designed for bamboo users to color it in and have it flat, while the "raised" version is for others (it has a layer difference so you could swap filament. You would need to swap at layers 7 and 11 but i would recommend to check it on your slicer because it could wary),
