Lorenz Baufix Junior Green Screw 56mm

Since parts were missing for the construction of some models, I started to rebuild them or migrate them from other sources and simply make them available on MakerWorld

The screw is printed in PLA and suitable for the wooden model building kit from Lorenz named Baufix, see picture

This is the green screw from the building kit, as a hex version (solid and cut) and as a slotted screw. The green screw is almost 60mm long

ATTENTION: There seem to be 2 variants of the Baufix kit. My nuts etc. require a thread pitch of 3.6mm - therefore I modified the original STL file in the slicer. I will also attach the 3.0mm variant as a second print profile. Please pay attention when choosing which pitch you need. The STL files are 3.0mm pitch

Regarding printing - I used PLA and added an extra layer in the slicer to increase the wall thickness and infill at the color transition or head-to-thread transition. You can also print in a single color, which may increase stability. If there are problems with shear forces, I recommend single-color printing and 100% infill. And possibly only one screw per print so that the filament does not cool down and connects better instead of hopping
