This model is manufactured in two steps.

 

Plate 1: U-piece as a spacer between the filter base and the manufactured insert, honeycomb grid (needed for plate two) and the basket for the activated carbon substrate.

 

Plate 2: Rotary lock (Important, print Plate 1 first, as the honeycomb grid must be inserted into the rotary lock)

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Print Plate 1.
  2. Print Plate 2. Printing stops at Layer 60
  3. Place the honeycomb grid into the lock and continue printing.
  4. Insert sealing tape into the lock as shown in the photo. (I use 9 x 5.5 mm)
  5. Fill with activated carbon (Fill completely, diameter 4 mm)
  6. Insert U-spacer into the filter
  7. Wrap baking paper around the basket and insert the basket into the filter.
  8. Pull out the baking paper.

 

The additional filter stage is complete.

 

I operate it at 5 - 8 m3 in combination as a purification stage with H2S.
