Description
This model is manufactured in two steps.
Plate 1: U-piece as a spacer between the filter base and the manufactured insert, honeycomb grid (needed for plate two) and the basket for the activated carbon substrate.
Plate 2: Rotary lock (Important, print Plate 1 first, as the honeycomb grid must be inserted into the rotary lock)
Instructions:
- Print Plate 1.
- Print Plate 2. Printing stops at Layer 60
- Place the honeycomb grid into the lock and continue printing.
- Insert sealing tape into the lock as shown in the photo. (I use 9 x 5.5 mm)
- Fill with activated carbon (Fill completely, diameter 4 mm)
- Insert U-spacer into the filter
- Wrap baking paper around the basket and insert the basket into the filter.
- Pull out the baking paper.
The additional filter stage is complete.
I operate it at 5 - 8 m3 in combination as a purification stage with H2S.
