Steel Ruler Marking Stop Block

This is a small tool used for scribing and limiting. Rulers with a width of 27mm and a thickness of 1mm, generally common 50cm or 60cm steel rulers, can be used.

PETG printing is recommended. Due to variations in actual width and thickness among different brands of steel rulers, the model has already reserved a small clearance for the specifications mentioned above. The rainbow grid PETG print fits perfectly on Changcheng brand steel rulers, and is slightly loose on Deli brand steel rulers, but it does not affect use after tightening the set screw.

Although threads can be generated directly on the model, for durability, it is recommended to use a national standard M6 nut + M6*20 long thumb screw (or a 7-shaped screw, or even a regular screw). During assembly, first place the small cylindrical object into the round hole (to prevent the screw from leaving marks on the steel ruler), then insert the M6 nut into the side, and finally tighten the screw.
