(for the A1 mini, manual color change/AMS) Colombia Two-Color Folding Fan mini
Print Profile(4)

Description
A Columbia two-color small folding fan. The new design focuses on reducing thickness and weight while ensuring strength
The new fan frame single piece is only 2.0mm thick, making this the thinnest folding fan I have ever made. And the self-developed limit structure can still ensure precise opening and closing angles of the folding fan, with stable and reliable structure. The entire printing process requires no threading or supports, which is very convenient. Considering tolerances, to prevent the pin from not being insertable during assembly, the pin is designed to be slightly loose, and may require a drop of 502 glue to complete the assembly smoothly
Two types of materials are needed to print the main body and the backlight layer respectively. I used white PLA Silk+ as the main body material and lilac purple PLA Matte as the backlight material. Luminous material can be used for backlighting to achieve a glow-in-the-dark effect, but since the backlight layer of this folding fan is thin (only 0.2mm), the luminous effect may not be obvious
All print profiles have been carefully adjusted and can be initiated directly from a mobile phone. It is highly recommended to clean the build plate and apply glue before printing to effectively prevent warping, spaghetti, and other failures
The STEP files for the fan frame and connecting shaft have been uploaded to the "Fan Frame Collection", located in "Small Fan Frame for A1 mini>D.step"
