Bambu Hex Key Drill Adapter for 1/4 Inch/6.35mm
Print Profile(2)

Description
I was printing some handles for the large Bambu Hex Key tool that comes with all of our printers and just thought it would be easier to have a drill bit for all the hex screws. Not seeing anything similar on Makerworld I decided to design a small one myself.
The drill bit fits in a standard ¼ inch drill. Google tells me that is a 6.35mm drill in Metric. The hex key fits in the slot of the bit and should be reasonably snug. The cap goes over the end of the hex key and aligns with the inner groove and the portion of the hex key that sticks out of the side. The cap will be very snug to mechanically hold everything together. You may need plyers to remove it.
I printed all my test models in PETG for increased strength but I would still caution you to be careful and use it with a small hand drill or on the slowest drill settings so you don't tear the bit apart or strip out the tiny screws.
