Stand for chocolate bars / Advent calendar

Stand for small chocolate bars (70-80 mm high)

such as Merci, Yogurette or Kinder chocolate

24 cutouts (20.5 x 12.5 mm) – perfectly usable as an Advent calendar

Details:

Plate 1: 6 x layers to slide onto the stand, 2 mm thick,

Plate 2: Stand with printed tray, Ø bottom 145 mm, height 195.5 mm

with Ø 2.3 mm hole at the top center (customizable, as stored in the print profile) for inserting decoration of choice

Plate 3: Decoration, with Ø 2.3 mm hole (customizable, as stored in the print profile) at the bottom for wooden skewer, acrylic rod or similar

Plate 4: Stars (numbers 1-24 / alt. 1x blank and 1x with gold border only for individual design)

to attach to the layers (e.g. for numbering the doors)

Tolerance between stand and layers: 0.4 mm

Assembly:

Slide the layers onto the stand from the top as follows, until the layers rest:

• large layer with straight edge and large central cutout
• large layer with contour wheel and smaller central cutout
• medium layer with straight edge and larger central cutout
• medium layer with contour wheel and smaller central cutout
• small layer with straight edge and larger central cutout
• small layer with contour wheel and smallest central cutout

Please make sure to observe the alignment marks (rounding at the central cutout) – these must be aligned to ensure the cutouts are properly stacked and the filling sits straight!!!!

Color changes are stored in the print profile (see pictures). Feel free to adjust or remove them according to your preferences.

The prime tower is deactivated. For me, the result was very clean even without it. However, for extreme color differences in the print, the prime tower should be activated.

The holes are defined in the print profile and can be adjusted or removed as desired.
