Must read before printing: Make sure to thoroughly clean the build plate with dish soap. Do not touch it with your hands after drying. (This is explicitly stated in the official instructions, as grease from hands can remain on the build plate, leading to insufficient adhesion. Never clean the build plate with alcohol, as alcohol dissolves grease and can spread the contamination over a larger area)
