This massage roller is perfect for relieving tension in your back, legs, and feet. Simply print the parts and assemble with standard bearings for a professional feel!

This model is broken down into easy-to-print components, allowing you to choose your favorite colors for a truly custom massage experience.

Key Features:

  • Ergonomic Design: Features a textured roller and comfortable handle, perfect for targeting knots and pressure points on large muscle groups or providing deep foot massage relief.
  • Customizable Colors: Use your AMS to print the handles, roller, and spacers in different colors for a unique look.
  • Standard Hardware: Utilizes easily sourced 608zz bearings for a smooth, reliable roll.
  • Print Friendly: The components are designed for straightforward printing with minimal fuss.

Assembly Required, building your roller is simple and requires a few extra components:

  • Bearings: You will need two (2) 608zz bearings (standard skateboard bearings). Both metal or 3D printed versions will work!
    • Metal bearings are quiter, but you need to have them (I buy them cheap from AliExpress)
    • 3D printed bearings are louder, but they work superbly as well, and you will support great Koolm
  • Handle Assembly: The handle is designed to be printed in two parts (split in the slicer). Use the included locating pins and a small amount of super glue (any glue is fine) to securely join the two handle halves together.
  • Spacers: Use the small printed spacers between the handle and the roller/bearings to ensure a smooth, frictionless fit.

Print Settings (Recommended):

  • Material: PLA Basic is excellent for rigidity and a quick print. PETG is also a great option if you prefer something more durable and slightly more flexible.
  • Layer Height: 0.20-28 mm (I have printed with 0.28mm for fast print and the quality is great)
  • Infill: 15% (This provides good strength for a functional tool; can be slightly lower but 15% is ideal).
  • Walls: 2–3 Walls (3 walls for maximum durability is recommended).
  • Supports: Just for the roller itself - place where bearing will be placed - for better fit is better to use supports

Print, assemble, and roll away the tension! Enjoy your custom recovery tool.
