Since all well-known contraceptives present us with new challenges, requests for modeling everything related to **batteries, energy, and lighting** are increasing — I continue to make practical things on this topic.
So, here's another variation of a universal **PowerBank enclosure**, designed for various cell types and field conditions
Soldier PowerBank – universal enclosure for 21700, 18650, and any Li-Po or Li-Ion cells
This is a durable, repairable enclosure for a field power bank.
The design features a fully **removable internal cassette**, making it easily adaptable to different types of batteries
🔋 **The enclosure fits:**
- up to 8 21700 batteries,
- up to 10 18650 batteries,
- or any Li-Ion or Li-Po cells from disposable e-cigarettes and other devices
There is space provided for a charge indicator, button, wiring, and a QC module
⚠️ Attention during assembly
- Always check the length of the self-tapping screws — screws that are too long can damage the battery, pierce the insulation, or cause a short circuit
- The best assembly technology is **nickel strip + spot welding**
- If you don't have a spot welder, you can use **copper wire and a soldering iron**, but you need to work quickly and carefully, without overheating the cells
- Remember: Li-Ion is not a toy. Always follow minimal safety rules and contact insulation
