To Change the text on the number plate see the image below:

1. Change to the objects tab on the far left and click on either text_shape (black arrow)
2. Then a window will pop up to the right ( red arrow)
3. Change the text/number
4. You can make the text bolt or italicized if needed
5. Click anywhere to exit editing text 
6. Map colors, slice and print!
