Optical Multi Meter Protective Case

Design Concept

I have this little Guangyan/UltraLan pocket tester in my tool bag. It does not come with any kind of protective casing, so I made a simple one just to keep it a bit safer.  Links to the tester can be found at the bottom of this page.

The protective case is designed with durability and flexibility in mind, using a TPU inlay for shock absorption and additional protection for the optical multi meter.

Use

Made to protect from bumps, drops, and scratches during transport and use. 

Printing

I printed my Case and Lid with PETG:

0.20 Layer Height

2 Walls

15% Rectilinear Infill

The optional Inlay was printed with TPU:

0.20 Layer Height

2 Walls

100% Rectilinear Infill

Speeds not exceeding 80mm/s

Instructions

Insert the optical multi meter into the case, ensuring it is well seated in the TPU inlay, for maximum protection. If you find this case useful in any way - Please leave a LIKE!
