Repair Insert for Abarth 595 or Fiat 500 130mm Wheel Centre Caps
It is common for the tabs on the back of the 130mm centre cabs to break during removal. This glue-in insert can repair a broken tab and extend the life of the cap.
Ideally print in ABS and use a solvent cement to glue the required amount of tabs to the ring, and then glue the whole assembly to the back of the centre cap. Apply glue the top of each triangular section and its sides, lapping onto the flats in between to ensure a positive bond.
Allow to dry and re-install the metal spring.
No support required, print the clips on their side for strength and the ring with the text down.
I cannot speak for how long it will last with subsequent removals.
