Children, especially boys, love toys like large buses.

Having some free time these past few days, I made a simple bus toy model → it has many seats and doors that open, with some optimizations for 3D printing. Children love it very much; it's realistic yet simple in construction, perfect for their imaginative play.

Printed in 3 plates, you can choose suitable colors according to your preference.

PLA filament is recommended.

For the body, I used Bambu Lab's PLA Basic Gradient, which has a very beautiful texture.

If you like, you can also paint it yourself with acrylic paints.

Be aware that it contains small parts; make sure to clean the build plate thoroughly to increase success rate!

Do not install the seats and steering wheel for children under three years old, to prevent accidental swallowing!

Installation Instructions

Tools: glue, sharp blade, lighter

The seats and steering wheel need to be glued to the base

The door hinges are secured to the car bottom with filament strands; lightly burn both ends with a lighter and quickly flatten the melted filament. Note that the tighter you pull one end, the less the door will wobble! Of course, if you need extreme stability, you can use M2.5 self-tapping screws as hinge pins. If the holes are small, you will need to enlarge them with a 2mm drill bit (for safety, I chose not to use hardware).

My lighter flame was a bit too strong! Haha!

The windows have many supports; it is recommended to remove them with this small knife, it's very effective.

The more carefully you remove them, the more refined and beautiful your car will be.

The wheels are Print in Place; do not split the parts in the slicer! I used Bambu Lab's PLA filament; after printing, they can be turned with a gentle push. Other brands may need to scale up the wheel outer diameter based on the filament's sinkage rate. Generally, most filaments should work! If you're unsure, you can try printing one wheel first.

Finally, I wish you success!
