The AoxCaddy is a compact, stable, and clean mini hot glue gun stand designed around the Gorilla Dual Temp Mini Hot Glue Gun. It keeps your tool upright, manages the cord, controls drips, and stores your glue sticks neatly. Paired with the optional rugged case, it becomes a fully portable glue gun kit that travels perfectly.

This is the first official Aoxtopia Labs release. The design evolved through multiple cradle revisions, SVG refinement, cord management experiments, drip tray prototypes, and rugged case tuning until Final Final V3 emerged as the polished result.

Features

• Sized for the Gorilla Mini Hot Glue Gun
  Precision fitted for the Gorilla Dual Temp Mini. Similar mini guns may also fit.
• Cord Management Spool System
  Feed the cord up through the guide, wrap it around the hex spool, then tuck the plug under a loop of the wrapped cord. Works with any cord length.
• Deep Glue Stick Storage Bin
  Easily fits a full 75 count bag of Gorilla Glue Mini Sticks with room to spare. Place the entire bag in the bin for clean storage.
• Custom Disposable Drip Tray With Hex Pattern
  Drip tray sits under the nozzle zone to catch drips and strings. The hex texture helps reduce glue adhesion and makes cleanup easier.
• Air Cushion Drop Fit
  Load the AoxCaddy with your glue gun, glue stick bag, and drip tray. Line it up with the rugged case opening and simply drop it in.
  The tuned wall clearances create a natural air cushion that slows the descent and seats the caddy with a premium piston-like feel.
• Optional Rugged Case
  Generated with the Rugged Case parametric generator on MakerWorld. SVG lid artwork is original Aoxtopia Labs work.
  Requires 3 x M3 x 32 mm button head screws. No inserts required.
• Aoxtopia Hex Aesthetic
  Hex geometry ties the stand, drip tray, and case lid together and prints beautifully in tri color silks, matte blacks, and textured blends.

Multi Plate Project

This 3mf contains four organized plates:

Plate 1 – AoxCaddy Stand
Main stand with glue stick bin, cradle, cord guide, and hex spool.

Plate 2 – Drip Tray
Custom hex patterned drip tray for catching glue strings and drips.

Plate 3 – Case Top and Latch

Rugged case top, GlueGun SVG lid insert, and latch parts.

Plate 4 – Case Bottom
Case bottom sized for AoxCaddy fitment and tuned for the air cushion drop effect.

Print only what you need.

Print Settings

PLA or PETG (I like PETG for cases)
0.20 mm layer height recommended
3 to 4 walls
10 to 15 percent infill (grid or gyroid)
All plates print support free
PLA bed: 60
PETG bed: 75 to 80

Assembly

AoxCaddy + Drip Tray

1. Print Plates 1 and 2.
2. Place drip tray under nozzle zone.
3. Set glue gun in cradle.
4. Place full 75 count glue stick bag in side bin.
5. Run cord through guide, wrap spool, tuck plug. Done.

Rugged Case

1. Print Plates 3 and 4.
2. Attach latch with 1 x M3 x 32mm screw.
3. Attach lid with 2 x M3 x 32 mm screws.
4. Grab the AoxCaddy.
5. Line up and drop into case. Air cushion handles the descent.
6. Close and go.

AoxLore

This project started with one unruly glue gun and disappointment in what I found to fix that. After cradle experiments, cord spool tuning, SVG refinement, drip tray tests, and rugged case sizing, the AoxCaddy - Mini Hot Glue Gun Edition Final Final V3 emerged. When the fully loaded caddy piston dropped into the case and settled on an air cushion, Aoxtopia Labs officially launched.
