It's a nozzle for a Crystal Geiser size bottle to turn it into a portable faucet.
Switch should be printed in TPU, Nozzle in anything.
No supports needed.
Warning - It leaks slightly. (drip drip drip) You can stand the bottle up when not in use.
A more important warning - Do not drink water that runs through this.
For me, the Switch with size 12.1 worked best (Prusa MK3S+, default settings). Your printer most likely has different tolerances, so I added files for +- 0.2 mm in 0.05 mm increments.
