Description
The reverse polarity protection module uses the 4A model shown in the picture, so there will be no sleep issues and the battery can be continuously discharged until empty
Components: 22.5W main board, 2 M2x6-20 cup head screws, 4A reverse polarity protection module, T075 battery contacts, 20x14 heat sink aluminum plate
1. First, solder the wires to the battery contacts, then insert the battery contacts into the casing (the anti-loosening notch of the contact needs to be flattened), and after installation, fix with 502 glue or other adhesive
2. First, tin the 4 solder points of the reverse polarity protection module, then fix it with glue in the casing's mounting position (the original design was not for this module, too lazy to change the mounting dimensions), and then solder the contact wires
3. Solder the output wires to the reverse polarity protection module
4. Install the heat sink on the panel, apply thermal paste, then assemble the button main board and other components, and solder the positive wire
5. Insert the panel into the casing, solder the negative pole, install the top cover and tighten the screws, assembly complete
