⚡💥 Get thunderstuck with Zeraora! 💥⚡
This powerful Mythical Pokémon just landed straight from Alola! Handle with care when lifting it off the build plate, this one might zap you! The model is available in two versions to suit your setup:
- Assembled Version → Ideal for AMS printing with multicolor precision.
- Multipart Version → Perfect for single-extruder printers. (Super glue is required for assembly.)
At 20 cm tall, this is one of my biggest and most complex designs yet. A lot of effort went into it so I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do!

🛠️ Assembly Notes
- Supports must be enabled for every plate.
- Super glue is required to stabilize hands, legs, claws and the various inserts.
- Arms are fragile handle the torso with care when removing supports.
- The whisker dowels that connect to the lower face are EXTREMELY delicate and very small. They can easily be mistaken for support structures so be extra cautious when cleaning them and trim away only the excess material.
- The fangs are tiny; some printers may struggle with them. If needed, scale them to 140–150%, then trim or shape the pieces into small triangles. Heating the plastic slightly can help reshape them.
- The upper and lower head parts must be thoroughly cleaned of all excess material. Once cleaned, slide the lower (grey/teal) part into the upper (yellow/white) until they sit flush. Some force may be required.
- Before attaching the chest hair, make sure to install the blue/yellow torso patterns first. Then press the chest hair in with firm pressure until it snaps into place. Do NOT hold the chest by its arms during this step, as they will break (ask me why I know 🥲).
- The eye pieces interlock by sliding into each other. Clean off as much stringing as possible. Installing the eyebrows in the head before the eyes is suggested.
- All pieces are named in the slicer. If you get confused during assembly, check their position on the virtual bed and match them by name in the object list. This will tell you exactly where each part belongs.
- The model is designed to stand on its two feet with the tail tip providing extra stability. If you prefer it to stand on just the feet, you can gently heat the bottoms of the feet and press them onto a flat surface. By doing so, the material will deform slightly and create a stable two-foot stance.
Lastly, this model is very spiky and can be pretty painful for your hands, consider wearing protective gloves.
