This classically designed nutcracker is a detailed 3D print model, printed in a total of 48 individual parts. After assembly, the model reaches a height of approximately 33.5 cm and impresses with its traditional shape and vibrant colors, reminiscent of the festive charm of the Christmas season
The construction is designed so that only minimal support is required, making the printing process efficient and material-saving. All components are precisely designed and are simply glued together after printing to ensure a stable and clean surface. (Since all parts are manufactured with a minimal dimensional difference of approx. 0.2-0.3mm, attention must be paid to alignment during assembly, as the parts can be twisted minimally into each other)
It is recommended to rotate the Z-seam of the round parts to the back of the model during assembly for a more aesthetic appearance
Since some parts are plugged together, attention must be paid to the correct order during assembly
Note the order in the following image! The belt must be inserted in between before assembly!
Pay attention to the alignment of the pupil and iris! Since the parts are very small, no mortise and tenon joint was made for alignment
